ColaOS runs locally on your device. We collect minimal data:

Account information (email, name) for authentication
Usage analytics (feature usage, crash reports) — anonymized
Subscription and billing information

Local-First Architecture

Your files, documents, and personal data remain on your device. ColaOS agent execution happens locally. When cloud AI models are used for reasoning, only the minimal context needed is transmitted via encrypted connections.

Data Security

We use end-to-end encryption for all cloud communications. Your local data is never uploaded to our servers without explicit action from you.

Third-Party Services

When you connect integrations (Google, Notion, GitHub, etc.), data is shared according to those services' privacy policies. ColaOS acts as your authorized agent and does not store third-party credentials on our servers.

Your Rights
