ColaOS is an Agent Operating System that provides AI-powered automation on your desktop. The service includes the desktop application, cloud AI model access, and related features.

Account & Subscription

You must provide accurate account information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ColaOS to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Attempt to reverse-engineer the software
Interfere with the service or other users

Intellectual Property

ColaOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MarsWave. Content you create using ColaOS belongs to you.

Limitation of Liability

ColaOS is provided "as is". MarsWave is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including actions taken by the AI agent on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
